Data science and its application in anesthesiology

Electronic health records have brought about vast improvement in all aspects of healthcare. ‘Anesthesia Information Management System’ is a specialized form electronic record system that used to the events taking place during perioperative period, such as clinical procedures performed, physiologic changes may happen and medications administered. Based on anesthetic data many databases been developed internationally for quality anesthesiology know research outcomes. At an individual level, big anesthesia not yet present, unless waveforms continuous numerical intraoperative variables recorded. Though initiative has taken up by some healthcare institutions management but our country still far behind this field. This editorial aimed highlight necessity draw attention concerned authorities plan provision keeping operating rooms.
